We are a group of liberty-loving individuals who are unwilling to see the principles of freedom compromised in favor of big government. For every political issue on the national scene today, we believe the simple remedy of less government should be applied. We endorse the idea of voluntarism, self-responsibility, family, friends, and churches to solve problems, rather than saying that a monolithic government is going to.

As a people who have a long history of distrusting state power, we seek to destroy the cult of the omnipotent state. As a nation that once praised the principles of federalism, we wish to bind the state down with the chains of the Constitution. We believe that the government, any government, does not have the power to dispense with the rights of the sovereign individual. We declare that the proper role of government is defined by the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and Bill of Rights and that any usurpation of further power by government constitutes tyranny. Most importantly, all laws should comply with the Constitution."
